A Colonial Heights Family of 5 Has Been Displaced After a House fire

A family of five have been displaced from their home after it caught on fire in Colonial Heights.
Firefighters fought to put out heavy flames in the 3200 block of Bermuda Avenue, near the Boulevard and West Ellerslie, close to midnight early Saturday. A wall of smoke was seen clouding the area.

Officials say the family inside the home was able to make it out okay. There is no word on what caused the flames.
