Trump started deflecting 12 hours before the ‘Charges Filed’ news broke

Donald Trump spent the morning trying to downplay the collusion investigation while once again deflecting towards Hillary Clinton. I wonder if he sent out his Hillary and collusion tweets this morning because he was aware the news was going to break.
It is now commonly agreed, after many months of COSTLY looking, that there was NO collusion between Russia and Trump. Was collusion with HC!

CNN reported tonight that a grand jury approved charges in the Mueller investigation. The records are still sealed by a judge, but the CNN report says that the individuals being charged can be taken into custody as soon as Monday.
Rob Rosenstein, the deputy Attorney General is overseeing the Mueller investigation into Trump. Due to special counsel investigation regulations, Rosenstein would’ve been made aware of the charges before they were presented to a grand jury.

Many things are said to be in the scope of Mueller’s investigation including the firing of the FBI Director Jim Comey, Financial crimes, collusion with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election, and so on.
