Police arrest a woman and 2 men in connection to missing teenager in King George

Virginia State Police have arrested and charged three people in connection to the discovery of remains in King George County. Keelyn Codynah, 23 of Spotsylvania, Robert Keating, 25 of Spotsylvania, and David Newton, 20, of Fredericksburg have been charged with one count of accessory to murder.

Human remains were discovered in different locations within the Fairview Beach community in King George County on Saturday. The remains were transferred to the Chief Medical Examiners Office in Richmond for an autopsy and identification.

Megan Metzger, a 19-year-old from Pamplin, Virginia has been missing since Thursday.

Codynah, Keating, and Newton are all being held at Rappahanock Regional Jail without bond.
